Preserving a legacy requires creative thinking. Although nuns founded their school and kept it running for over 150 years, the students at the Oldenburg Academy of the Immaculate Conception no longer have any religious sisters teaching in their classrooms. The school came up with creative ways to preserve the legacy of these sisters; including a program that lets the students eat lunch with the sisters once a month.
