AWARD WINNER: NightFever in New York City

Laurels-GoodnessReigns-blackUPDATE: This video has WON “Best Music Video” at Goodness Reigns Film Festival 2016! The international contest is associated with World Youth Day, so in addition to the recognition, “NightFever” was screened in Poland as part of the largest Catholic event of the year. Special congrats to musician, Alyssa Pintar-Breen, who composed and performed the song featured, “The Little One,” the story of St. Therese of Lisieux. Listen to the version with lyrics here.

The Light of the World visits the city that never sleeps. For the first time, St. Patrick’s Cathedral hosts “NightFever,” an open evening of prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. Following the movement begun at World Youth Day in Germany, every passerby is invited into the Cathedral. Leaving New York’s busy streets behind, all who enter are given candles and invited to the altar for a personal encounter with the Eucharistic Lord – drawing close, renewed, and rekindled by Light of the World.
